1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final. Once a digital product (e.g., prompt packs, templates, tools) has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is because digital goods cannot be "returned," and access is instant and irreversible.

2. Exceptions – Refunds Will Be Granted If:

We may provide a refund only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• Delivery Error: You did not receive the product due to a technical failure, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

• Corrupted File: The digital file is damaged or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working version.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Additionally, we recommend you report unauthorized activity to your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products from SirPrompt. We are happy to assist with any issue and resolve it professionally.
