2. About SirPrompt

SirPrompt provides free AI prompt packs, templates, creative resources, educational content, and downloadable materials for creators, marketers, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, and general users interested in using artificial intelligence more effectively.

Our current website structure is based on free access for personal, educational and non-commercial use. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the prompt packs and downloadable resources available on SirPrompt are provided free of charge under a Free Personal License.

3. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, educational, creative, or properly licensed professional purposes. You agree not to:

6. No Payment Required for Free Downloads

SirPrompt does not require payment for prompt packs or resources that are clearly marked as free. You should not be charged for downloading resources that are presented as free personal-use downloads.

Paid licenses are separate from the free download itself. They exist only for users who want to use SirPrompt materials for commercial, client-facing, freelance, agency, business or revenue-generating work.

If SirPrompt introduces additional paid services, premium products, sponsored offers, bundles, custom licenses, or commercial products in the future, those offers will be clearly identified with their own pricing, terms, and purchase conditions.

7. Digital Product License

When you download or access a free prompt pack from SirPrompt, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, educational, creative, and non-commercial purposes only.

You may, under the Free Personal License:

• Use the prompts to create your own AI-generated content for personal or non-commercial purposes.
• Adapt the prompts for learning, testing, private practice, study, or creative experimentation.
• Use the outputs generated from the prompts in your own non-commercial content, where legally permitted.
• Store the downloaded file for your own private reference.

You may not, under the Free Personal License:

• Use the prompt packs for client work, freelance services, agency projects, paid content services, or business deliverables.
• Use the files as part of commercial campaigns, paid marketing services, commercial content production, or revenue-generating workflows.
• Resell, repackage, redistribute, upload, publish, share publicly, or sell the prompt packs as your own product.
• Claim authorship, ownership, or originality over SirPrompt files, collections, prompt packs, frameworks, or downloadable resources.
• Mass-copy the website content to build a competing database, marketplace, prompt library, course, SaaS product, membership, or download library.
• Use the materials in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates platform rules.

8. Commercial Use License

A SirPrompt Commercial Use License allows one person to use SirPrompt prompt packs for commercial purposes, including client work, freelance services, business content, paid marketing projects, professional workflows and commercial content production.

The Commercial Use License does not allow resale, redistribution, public sharing, uploading, repackaging, marketplace listing, inclusion inside paid bundles, or selling SirPrompt PDFs or prompts as standalone products.

After purchase, your Stripe receipt and confirmation email act as proof of your Commercial Use License. You should keep this receipt for your records.

9. Agency / Team License

A SirPrompt Agency / Team License allows up to 10 people from the same business, agency, studio, organization or team to use SirPrompt prompt packs for commercial purposes, including agency workflows, client projects, business content, paid marketing work and professional content production.

The Agency / Team License is limited to users within the same organization. It does not allow public sharing, resale, redistribution, uploading, repackaging, marketplace listing, inclusion inside paid bundles, or selling SirPrompt PDFs or prompts as standalone products.

After purchase, your Stripe receipt and confirmation email act as proof of your Agency / Team License. You should keep this receipt for your records.

10. Resale, Redistribution and Repackaging Restrictions

SirPrompt prompt packs, PDFs, downloadable files, prompt frameworks and collections may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, republished, publicly shared, mirrored, copied into another prompt library, or repackaged as another product without written permission from SirPrompt.

This restriction applies to the Free Personal License, Commercial Use License and Agency / Team License. Buying a commercial license gives permission to use the prompts in commercial workflows; it does not give permission to sell, distribute or publish SirPrompt files or prompt packs as standalone products.

Including SirPrompt prompts or PDFs inside a paid course, membership, SaaS product, template bundle, marketplace listing, downloadable product, lead magnet library, or resale package requires written permission or a custom extended license.

11. Paid License Purchases and Refunds

Paid licenses are digital license permissions purchased through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. License pricing, checkout details and payment confirmation may be handled by the payment provider.

Because paid licenses grant digital usage permissions, payments are generally final once the license has been purchased, unless a refund is required by applicable law or SirPrompt decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, prompt packs, page layouts, branding elements, downloadable files, graphics, organization, and original editorial materials, belongs to SirPrompt or its respective content owners unless otherwise stated.

Free access does not mean the content is copyright-free, public domain, open-source, or available for unrestricted commercial redistribution. Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, public uploading, repackaging, or mass reproduction may result in legal action.

13. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use any prompt, template, idea, download, or AI-generated output created from SirPrompt resources. You should review, edit, fact-check, and adapt all AI-generated content before publishing, submitting, selling, or relying on it.

If you use SirPrompt materials in a professional or commercial context, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with these Terms, the SirPrompt license structure, applicable laws, client agreements, platform rules, advertising rules, and any third-party rights.

14. AI Content Disclaimer

SirPrompt provides prompts and educational resources to help users work more effectively with AI tools. However, artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable outputs. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result, ranking, income, conversion, approval, engagement, or business outcome.

The content on SirPrompt is provided for informational, educational, creative, and productivity purposes only. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, psychological, or professional advice.
